Terms of Service

Welcome — and thanks for ordering with Bánh Mì Foxboro. These terms cover how online orders, pickup, delivery, and refunds work at our kitchen. They're written in plain English on purpose; if anything here is unclear, just give us a call.

By placing an order you agree to the terms below. We may update them as our menu, hours, or delivery options change — the “last updated” date at the top tells you when.

1. Orders & payment

Orders are placed online through this site or in person at the counter. Online payment is processed by Square — we never see or store your full card number. Tips, taxes, and any delivery fee are shown before you confirm.

Once we accept an order, your card is charged and we start cooking. Receipts come from Square to the email you provide.

2. Pickup & delivery

Pickup:we'll have your order ready at the time you select. Please come in within 15 minutes of that time so the food stays fresh — anything sitting longer is on us to remake at our discretion.

Delivery:available within our service radius (the quote at checkout will tell you if your address is in range). Delivery times are best-effort and can be affected by weather, traffic, or a busy kitchen. We'll text or call if there's a meaningful delay.

3. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel any order that hasn't started cooking yet by calling (415) 555-0199. If we've already charged your card, we'll refund you through Square — usually the same day, sometimes up to 5 business days depending on your bank.

Once an order is in the kitchen we can't cancel it. If something's wrong with your food — wrong item, missing item, food quality issue — please tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a remake, store credit, or refund.

4. Pricing & menu changes

Prices, menu items, and hours can change without notice — we update them on the site as soon as anything changes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Allergens & food safety

Our kitchen handles wheat, soy, fish sauce, peanuts, sesame, eggs, and shellfish. Dishes marked vegetarian, gluten-free, or nut-free are made with those guests in mind, but we can't guarantee zero cross-contact in a small shared kitchen.

If you have a serious allergy, please tell us when you order or call ahead — we'll do our best, and we'll be honest if we can't safely accommodate.

6. Things we don't do

We're a small restaurant, not a tech platform. We don't resell your order information, we don't market third-party products, and we don't store your payment card data. We're responsible for the food we serve and the orders you place with us — not for anything else.
